Why participate? What do students gain?

Exchange students traditionally go abroad to study another language and culture to gain a broader understanding of human nature, different cultures, stretch their personal boundaries, and make new friends. They return to their home countries with a wealth of knowledge which, in turn, benefits their future and their communities.
